Refund policy

We want you to love your Mänresa gear. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Custom engraved items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To start a return, email info@manresawood.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
