Appalachia Cherry Butcher Block

Like every Mänresa butcher block, it is made from responsibly sourced American hardwood, finished in food-safe oils, and designed to become more beautiful with age. Knife marks and patina are part of the story. Choose from three sizes, 16 x 12 x 1.5, 18 x 14 x 1.5, or 20 x 16 x 1.5, each available with or without engraving.

After each use, wipe it down with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then dry it right away. About once a month, rub in a generous coat of food-safe mineral oil, let it soak in overnight, and wipe off the excess. Never put it in the dishwasher.
