How do I wash my board?

Washing a wooden cutting board correctly is very important to its longevity. If done right the board can last a lifetime. Immediately after use, lightly rinse BOTH sides with room temp water. This will allow the board to dry evenly and prevent warping. Ironically soap is not good for a wood cutting board because it dries it out faster.

Once finished - pat dry and place the board VERTICALLY to dry overnight. If you do not dry the board vertically it will warp.
